No. Unlike some other Locksmith companies, we will NOT charge you for the time taken to get to and from your property. We only charge a labour rate for the Locksmith’s time whilst on site with you.
In all emergency Locksmith situations, we will respond with efficiency and haste and operate a 30-minute* emergency response time. For non-emergency situations, we can often be with you that day or at a time that is convenient for you.

Yes. All our locksmiths are thoroughly vetted before working with us. Dave, our lead locksmith, has undergone a full security check as part of the visa process to live and work in Germany.
Our Locksmiths carry a wide selection of door locks, handles and cylinders including EU certified euro cylinders, mortice, and Yale-type locks on board our vehicles. They may also carry other stock, but if any specialist or unique parts are needed for a job they can be ordered, and we will return to fit the part once it’s been delivered.
Yes! All our Locksmiths are fully trained and skilled in non-destructive entry and should be able to gain entry to a lock. In some instances, we may need to use destructive entry as the method to gain access, but this is usually only if asked by our customers or in emergencies.
